Ligas KBP Foundation Inc. Conducts Lakbay Aral for Day Care Pupils of Barangay Ligas

Last October 10, 2025, Ligas KBP Foundation Inc. organized a two-session Lakbay Aral for the day care pupils of Barangay Ligas. The activity aimed to provide a fun and educational experience that introduced young learners to the wonders of nature and the value of farming. During the visit, the children enjoyed a hands-on tour around the LKBP Farm, where they had the chance to plant their own seeds and feed chickens and ducks. Their curiosity and excitement filled the air as they learned how plants grow and how life flourishes on a farm. They also explored the lettuce area, where they were able to see, touch, and even taste freshly harvested greens. This immersive experience not only made learning enjoyable but also nurtured their appreciation for agriculture and sustainability, a small yet meaningful step toward inspiring the next generation of nature advocates.

LKBP Attends the Turnover of Pledge Grocery for Nutrition Month

In celebration of the 51st Nutrition Month, in collaboration with the City Training and Employment Cooperative Office (CTECO), the City of Malolos Cooperative Development Council, and the City Health Office Nutrition Division, LKBP donated to help underweight students and support the country’s fight against malnutrition. This event also marked the official opening of the 51st Nutrition Month celebration, held on July 14, 2025. It was led by Nutrition Officer IV Evangeline F. Paguntalan, Division Head of the Nutrition Division. Through this initiative, LKBP aims to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable children, empowering them to reach their full potential and reinforcing the importance of nutrition in community development. This effort reflects the theme of this year’s Nutrition Month: “Food at Nutrition Security a priority! Sapat na pagkain Karapatan natin!”
