Ligas KBP Foundation Inc. Conducts Lakbay Aral for Day Care Pupils of Barangay Ligas

Last October 10, 2025, Ligas KBP Foundation Inc. organized a two-session Lakbay Aral for the day care pupils of Barangay Ligas. The activity aimed to provide a fun and educational experience that introduced young learners to the wonders of nature and the value of farming. During the visit, the children enjoyed a hands-on tour around the LKBP Farm, where they had the chance to plant their own seeds and feed chickens and ducks. Their curiosity and excitement filled the air as they learned how plants grow and how life flourishes on a farm. They also explored the lettuce area, where they were able to see, touch, and even taste freshly harvested greens. This immersive experience not only made learning enjoyable but also nurtured their appreciation for agriculture and sustainability, a small yet meaningful step toward inspiring the next generation of nature advocates.

LKBP OPENS SECOND SATELLITE OFFICE

After the successful opening of LKBP’s first satellite office in Mexico, Pampanga, LKBP continuously expand its services to its members by opening the second satellite office located in Brgy. Muzon, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan last November 29, 2022. The expansion of LKBP around its area of operation aims to reach new customers and increase the volume of membership to provide more financial services to its members and investors. More so, this is to educate people on the good benefits they can get from the Cooperative. The opening of the satellite office started with a motorcade around the area. LKBP Muzon Satellite office will serve as an extension office of LKBP Marilao Branch located in Abangan Sur, Marilao, Bulacan.

LKBP was recognized as one of the Top Organizations in Bulacan by the Provincial Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organization (ARBO) for being the 2nd Outstanding Organization based on the 2019 Information Technology Maturity Assessment (ITEMA) of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) during the ARBOs Summit held last July 12, 2022, at Municipal Hall, San Rafael, Bulacan. LKBP OPENS FIRST SATELLITE OFFICE

Ligas Kooperatiba ng Bayan sa Pagpapaunlad (LKBP) successfully open it first satellite office last July 8, 2022 at Parian, Mexico, Pampanga. To officially open the blessing and opening of the office, LKBP employees held a motorcade parade in the area while simultaneously happening the blessing ceremony led by the officiating priest, Rev. Paul Homer. LKBP open the satellite office, an extension office of their branch in Apalit, Pampanga, to serve more Pampangeños in the area. LKBP continuously aim to provide more services to the community and educate them on the benefits and services they can receive from the Cooperative.
