The LKBP Events and Facilities include the Tower Building with spaces for lease/rent suitable for offices, clinic, law firm, fitness gym, school and other purposes, it offers Billboard spaces for advertisements and events related to recreationals, family occassions and gatherings, trainings, seminars, meetings, and other social functions and accommodations. Facilities include swimming pools, fully air-conditioned gym, gazebo, nipa huts, parking garden, tennis/volleyball court, training center, fishpond, laggon and an integrated organic demo farm. It accomodates Lakbay-aral for cooperatives, livelihood trainings for community, field trips and educational tours for students, farmers, and rural entrepreneurs. Solar power facilities has been installed in the vicinity for the caring of the environment
