A productive strategic planning session was successfully conducted to align the LKBP’s goals for 2027 to 2031, focusing on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and environmental stewardship. Facilitated by the NATCCO Network, the session brought together key leaders from the management team and Board of Directors to collectively shape a forward-looking roadmap.
